Knockabout Banjo Kit (Huge Discount Price!)

Massive discount due to imperfections on the rim and neck and or oddball parts. The parts are 100% playable and made with the same craftsmanship and care as all Carver Banjos kits but you can see in the pictures that the peghead might have been cut a little odd or the drum may have some superficial or cosmetic flaws. Kits will be sent at random -sorry, no choosing specific parts- there are pictures of all 5 banjos available- you will receive one of them! Limit one per customer please. This is a fun way I can offer a great kit at a huge discount while recovering my materials costs on some banjos that didn’t quite “make the cut”.

Made from solid American Walnut and a steam-bent maple rim. It easily assembles into a piece of handmade art that looks as good as it sounds. This kit now offers a tunable tension drum head.
