Everything you need to make your own authentic minstrel banjo. No sanding/staining/varnishing required! All of the hard work has been done for you: simply screw the neck together, tie on the strings and you are ready to start playing. Designed to take the guesswork out of the kits. Very easy assembly. Requires just one tool, a Phillips head screwdriver.

This kit is made from solid American Walnut and a handmade steam-bent rim. It easily assembles into a piece of handmade art that looks as good as it sounds. The design is based upon a banjo that appeared on a Minstrel sheet music book from 1858 (last image in gallery).
